Hangzhou Purun Science & Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2004. We have focused on motor coil manufacturing for 22 years. Our factory covers 2,500 square meters. We employ 32 people. We are one of the few medium-sized companies in China capable of manufacturing high voltage motor coils.

High voltage motor coils are used in 6.3KV, 10.5KV, and higher voltage motors and generators. These coils require excellent insulation structures and corona protection. We use mica tape wrapping and hot-press curing processes. This ensures long-term stability under high voltage. Our facility includes high-current heating cabinets and vacuum pressure impregnation equipment. These create bubble-free insulation layers with high dielectric strength. We repaired an imported high voltage motor for a petrochemical plant. Our coil lasted 20% longer than the original.

Before production, our engineers review customer drawings. We check for design flaws and suggest improvements. During production, we control every node strictly. We proactively report progress to customers. After delivery, we can send technicians on-site for installation guidance. We accept third-party inspections. We provide complete factory test reports. If goods arrive damaged, we help with insurance claims and prioritize replacement production.

The MOQ for high voltage motor coils is 1 piece. Tooling fees apply. Custom lead time is about 55 days due to manufacturing complexity. Payment follows a tiered schedule: 30% deposit, 30% after material preparation, 40% before shipment. We accept USD, GBP, and EUR. Products are packed in professional wooden cases with cushioning materials. This ensures safe transport over long distances.
