Traction motor coils are used in electric locomotives, subway trains, and mining trucks. These coils need high mechanical strength and vibration resistance. We use special binding techniques and vacuum pressure impregnation. This helps the coils withstand frequent starts, stops, and strong vibrations. Every production step has a process card. Operators sign off on each step. We perform 100% inspection covering appearance, dimensions, and electrical properties. Only fully products go into storage.

Our quality control is fully transparent. Customers can review process inspection records during production. They can also hire third-party agencies for factory inspection. If quality issues arise, we respond with solutions within 24 hours. Because traction coils are critical components, we recommend on-site acceptance upon delivery. Assembly may cause damage, so we cannot offer long-term warranties. But we provide detailed installation instructions.

Standard product lead time is 30 days. Custom products take about 45 days. Our monthly production capacity is 10 units. This meets small to medium order volumes. Repeat orders have shorter lead times because tooling is already made. We accept installment payments. Custom products require 50% deposit. The balance is due before pickup. Export packaging is designed for moisture and shock resistance. It meets international shipping standards.
