Precision machining and surface treatment ensure accurate cavity dimensions and smooth demolding. Our facility includes a 315-ton hydraulic press for tooling pressure testing. This confirms each mold meets operational requirements. We supplied stator coil press molds for medium and large generators. Customers reported good forming results and consistent product quality.

Our pre-sales services include drawing review and process recommendations. Our engineering team checks customer coil drawings. We assess the feasibility of the hot-press process. We optimize tooling design based on coil structure. During production, we use CNC equipment to ensure machining accuracy. Key dimensions are 100% inspected. After delivery, we provide tooling usage and maintenance guidance. This helps customers extend tooling life.

The MOQ for coil press molds is 1 unit. Standard lead time is 30 days. Payment terms are 30% deposit, 30% after material preparation, and 40% before shipment. We accept USD, GBP, and EUR. Packaging uses sturdy wooden cases suitable for domestic and international transport. Trade term is EXW. Bulk orders get discounts. The discount amount depends on order quantity.
