The coil forming mold corrects coil shapes after winding. It ensures coil dimensions match design drawings. We use high-quality mold steel for our tooling. CNC machining and heat treatment give high precision and long service life. Our facility includes CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, wire cutting machines, surface grinders, and gantry milling machines. Our maximum design capacity reaches 600MW/10.5KV stator bar tooling. This puts us in a leading position among domestic competitors.

We work with Harbin Electric Works, Dongfang Electric, and Hangzhou Hangfa. Customers tell us our tooling has accurate dimensions and long service life. Before sales, our engineering team helps customers analyze coil drawings. We design the most reasonable forming mold structure. This ensures the formed coil fits assembly requirements. During production, we machine strictly to drawings and perform full dimension checks.

The MOQ for coil forming molds is 1 unit. Standard lead time is 30 days. Payment terms are 30% deposit, 30% after material preparation, and 40% before shipment. We accept USD, GBP, and EUR. Wooden cases are used for packaging. These protect the tooling during shipping. We support EXW trade terms. Customers arrange pickup and transport.
