The hydro generator pole coil is specifically designed for low-speed, high-torque hydro turbines. We use high-conductivity oxygen-free copper bars. Precision flat winding machines form the coils. After winding, we apply full annealing and hot-press shaping. This gives the coil high mechanical strength and excellent electrical performance. We have supplied coils for multiple hydro power projects. One notable project was for a large pumped-storage power station. The coil life met all design requirements. The customer gave us high praise.

We commit to on-time delivery. Through strict process control, we ensure every production milestone is met. Our monthly production capacity is 10 units. This allows us to handle multiple orders in parallel. For repeat orders, we can deliver within 30 days. The tooling and process are already established. During production, we update customers proactively. We share photos and videos so customers stay informed and confident.

For custom orders, we need complete technical drawings from customers. Development takes about 45 days. The MOQ is 1 piece. Because these coils are highly customized, we do not offer free samples. But we can arrange for customers to view similar products at our facility. Payment is 50% deposit and balance upon pickup. We use EXW trade terms. Professional packing teams design the packaging to meet export standards.
