The rotor pole coil is the excitation core for generators and motors. We use flat copper wire or hollow copper wire for winding. Oxygen-free annealing treatment ensures excellent conductivity. During winding, we use CNC flat winding machines. These control turn spacing and tension precisely. For large rotor coils, we use a 315-ton hydraulic press for shaping. This guarantees dimensions match the drawings. We once supplied rotor pole coils for a 75MW turbo generator. The coils ran for years without failure.

We support custom manufacturing based on customer drawings. Our engineers study the technical parameters and assembly drawings. We then design the best winding plan. For new customers, we recommend confirming samples before mass production. But we cannot offer free samples due to high tooling costs. We can show similar products for reference. The MOQ for rotor pole coils is 1 piece. Lead time is 45 days for custom orders. We accept EXW trade terms. Customers can use their own freight forwarders.

We value progress communication. During production, we take photos and videos regularly. Customers know the status at all times. Repeat orders have shorter lead times. Once the process is stable, we can deliver in 30 days. Payment terms are 50% deposit and balance upon pickup. We settle in USD, GBP, or EUR. All products are packed by professional packing companies.
