The salient pole coil is the core component for salient-pole synchronous machines. These are mainly hydro generators. We use rectangular or trapezoidal copper bars for winding. Specialized flat winding machines ensure tight turns. After forming, we apply oxygen-free annealing to remove internal stress. A 315-ton hydraulic press then performs hot-press shaping. This guarantees accurate dimensions. Our salient pole coils have served multiple hydro power stations. One project involved a 50MW hydro generator. The coils performed stably and reliably.

For new customers, we offer full technical support. Before sales, our engineers review drawings and check process feasibility. During production, we conduct in-process inspections and keep all records. After delivery, we provide installation guidance. But please note: salient pole coils can be damaged during assembly. We recommend inspecting immediately upon receipt. Once installed, we cannot take responsibility for subsequent damage. We accept third-party inspections.

The MOQ for salient pole coils is 1 piece. Tooling fees apply. Custom product lead time is 45 days. Payment terms are 50% deposit and balance upon pickup. We deliver under EXW terms.
