High voltage stator bars are used in generators and motors rated at 10KV and above. These products require excellent insulation structures and corona protection. We use multi-glue or less-resin mica tape systems. We also apply end corona paint and low-resistance corona prevention tape. This ensures no corona discharge occurs in high-voltage electric fields. Our facility includes high-current heating cabinets, robotic taping machines, silver-copper welders, and hot presses. We can manufacture up to 75MW/18KV high voltage stator bars.

We pay attention to every technical detail. Before production, our engineering team reviews customer drawings carefully. We check for design flaws and suggest improvements. During production, we perform ground voltage tests, dielectric loss tests, and corona tests on every bar. Bars leave the factory only after all indicators pass. We have supplied high voltage stator bars for multiple national projects. Product performance is stable and reliable. In 2024, we filed a patent for "a canned motor pump coil and its processing method."

High voltage stator bars are highly customized. Custom lead time is about 75 days. MOQ is 1 piece. Payment terms are 50% deposit and balance upon pickup. We accept USD, GBP, and EUR. Export packaging uses custom wooden cases with internal cushioning and fixing structures. These suit both sea and air freight. Trade term is EXW. Customers can choose their preferred freight forwarder.
