The insulated stator bar uses multi-glue mica tape wrapping. It is then shaped by high-temperature molding. This process creates a dense, bubble-free insulation layer. Dielectric strength and mechanical strength are both very high. This bar suits high-voltage, large-capacity generators. We have dedicated hot-press tooling and hydraulic presses. These precisely control molding temperature and pressure. Every bar undergoes dimension checks and electrical performance tests after molding. We supplied multi-glue molded stator bars to Dongfang Electric. The bars were used in a 30MW synchronous condenser project. The customer reported stable performance.

Our quality management system covers everything from raw material arrival to finished product delivery. All materials are inspected before use. During production, we set quality control points at key processes. We keep complete inspection records. These records are available to customers upon request. Our environmental management system is also well established. Production activities comply with local environmental regulations.

Multi-glue molded stator bars have a custom lead time of 75 days. MOQ is 1 piece. Payment terms are 50% deposit and balance upon pickup. We accept USD, GBP, and EUR. Professional packing companies handle export packaging. We use moisture-proof and shock-proof wooden cases. Trade term is EXW. Customers arrange their own freight.
