The water cooled stator bar is a core component for large generators. It uses hollow copper conductors for water cooling. This design removes heat generated during operation. It significantly increases generator power density. We use silver-copper welding technology for the hollow conductors. This ensures strong joints and good conductivity. After welding, we perform high-current heating and high-flow water tests. These verify the cooling circuit seal and conductive performance. We supplied water cooled stator bars for a 75MW turbo generator. The product passed factory tests on the first attempt.

We apply strict quality tracking during production. Each process has a process card for guidance. Operators sign off on their work. We perform ground voltage tests and corona tests on every bar. These ensure insulation performance meets standards. Our facility includes high-current heating cabinets and silver-copper welding machines. These handle various water cooled bar specifications. We have long-term partnerships with Dongfang Electric and Harbin Electric Works. Their recognition proves our product quality.

Water cooled stator bars have a custom lead time of about 75 days. This is longer than regular coils because of hollow conductor welding and water flow testing. The process is more complex. MOQ is 1 piece. Payment terms are 50% deposit and balance upon pickup. We accept USD, GBP, and EUR. Export packaging uses professional wooden cases. These have moisture-proof and shock-proof features for safe long-distance shipping. We accept third-party inspection agencies.
