The generator stator bar is the heart of large generators. Manufacturing is highly complex. We have a full production line. Equipment includes electromagnetic wire straightening and cutting machines, end stripping machines, high-current heating cabinets, silver-copper welding machines, robotic taping machines, and hot presses. Every step follows strict process specifications. We made stator bars for a 75MW impulse generator for CEC Electric Co., Ltd. The product passed factory tests on the first attempt. We also manufactured 35KV stator bars for a synchronous condenser project. The customer reported excellent performance.

We support custom manufacturing based on customer drawings or samples. Stator bars are large and structurally complex. Custom lead time is 75 days, longer than other coils. MOQ is 1 piece. We provide detailed process inspection reports during manufacturing. We invite customers to witness key tests at our factory. If needed, we can arrange third-party inspection agencies for acceptance.

Export packaging for stator bars is especially important. We hire professional packing companies. They design custom wooden cases that are moisture-proof, shock-proof, and tilt-proof. This ensures safe transport over long distances. Payment terms are 50% deposit and balance upon pickup. We deliver under EXW terms. Customers can also request other trade terms. We offer bulk order discounts. We accept USD, GBP, and EUR.
