The copper stator bar uses a less-resin mica tape insulation structure. This design offers high dielectric strength and good thermal conductivity. It works well for high-voltage motors and generators. It is widely used in medium and large turbo generators. Our manufacturing process includes electromagnetic wire straightening and cutting, end stripping, taping, silver-copper welding, and hot-press curing. Each step follows strict operating specifications. Our facility includes high-current heating cabinets, robotic taping machines, and hot presses.

Our quality principle is "non-conforming parts never pass to the next process." We conduct multiple in-process inspections during production. These include turn-to-turn insulation tests and ground voltage tests. We participated in the R&D of canned motor pump coils for national projects. These experiences prove our ability to handle demanding custom orders. We welcome customers to supervise production at our factory. We also accept third-party inspections.

For copper stator bars, custom lead time is 75 days. MOQ is 1 piece. Tooling costs are usually included in the quotation. Because these bars are highly customized, we cannot offer free samples. But we can arrange for customers to view similar products. Payment terms are 50% deposit and balance upon pickup. We use EXW trade terms. Professional packing companies handle export packaging according to international shipping standards.
