The turbine pole coil is a critical component for high-speed rotating equipment. Operating conditions are extremely demanding. We use high-precision hollow copper conductors or solid copper bars. CNC winding and hot-press curing ensure mechanical strength and heat dissipation at 3000rpm or 3600rpm. We participated in a canned motor pump coil R&D project. We supplied coils for special turbo generators. The product performance matched imported alternatives.

Our quality principle is "no non-conforming parts pass to the next process." After each step, dedicated inspectors check and record results. We welcome customers to visit our factory for supervision. Third-party inspection agencies are also welcome. If goods get damaged during shipping, we help customers file claims with the freight insurance company. We also arrange emergency replacement production. Our after-sales service responds within 24 hours. We can send staff on-site if needed.

For turbine pole coils, custom lead time is 45 days. MOQ is 1 piece. Tooling fees are quoted separately because costs are high. Payment terms are 50% deposit and balance upon pickup. We use professional wooden cases with secure internal fixtures. These are suitable for air or sea freight. Trade term is EXW. We accept USD, GBP, and EUR.
