This generator stator coil works for hydro generators and turbo generators. It also fits synchronous condensers. Before production, we talk with customers about every detail. We make sure we understand all drawing specifications. We use advanced equipment like shuttle winding machines, forming machines, and robotic taping machines. Each step follows strict procedures. We reject any non-conforming parts immediately. Every coil passes testing before packing and shipping. We perform DC resistance tests (deviation ≤2%), dielectric loss tests, and AC power frequency voltage tests. These tests confirm electrical performance.

Our generator stator coils have served many important projects. We made stator bars for a 75MW/18KV impulse motor. We supply products to Dongfang Electric and Harbin Electric Works. In 2023, we won a bid from Dongfang Electric for small and medium turbine generator stator coils. In 2024, we developed multi-glue molded canned motor pump coils for Dongfang Electric. This product filled a gap in the domestic market. These projects show our capability for demanding power equipment.

We support OEM and ODM services. Customers just need to provide drawings. Our minimum order quantity is 1 piece. Tooling fees usually apply. Custom sample development takes about 60 days. We do not offer free samples due to product complexity. However, we can show similar products for reference. Payment terms are 50% deposit and balance upon pickup. We accept USD, GBP, and EUR. Professional packing companies handle our export packaging. They follow international standards to ensure safe shipping.
