Daily maintenance should begin with checking the equipment's transmission mechanism, guide wheels, clamps, and wire laying mechanism. Dust and wire debris should be cleaned promptly, and any looseness or abnormal noise should be checked. For mechanical parts requiring lubrication, maintenance should be performed regularly according to the equipment manual.
Simultaneously, the electrical control cabinet, sensors, servo motors, and wiring connections should also be checked. If the equipment exhibits uneven winding, frequent wire breaks, or abnormal wire laying, it should be stopped immediately for inspection to prevent minor problems from escalating.
Establishing a standardized equipment inspection and maintenance system can keep the coil production equipment in good operating condition, ensuring continuous production and product quality.
