Stator coils are insulated conductor components embedded in the stator slots of rotating electric machines, serving as the core of windings in generators, traction motors, industrial motors, and new energy drive motors.
The conductors are typically made of oxygen-free copper, connected using a silver-copper soldering process, and cured with F-class insulation and epoxy mica tape. Modern stator coils employ flat wire structures and hairpin conductor designs to improve slot fill factor and power density. Manufacturing utilizes six-axis CNC insulation wrapping and stator injection molding processes, and has developed technologies such as X-Pin and Mini-Pin.
