Key technologies involve anti-corona technology, insulation processes, and structural design. Anti-corona technology includes a high-resistivity anti-corona layer made of nonlinear silicon carbide material and a one-piece molding process. Insulation manufacturing processes mainly include multi-adhesive molding and vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) technology. To improve electrical performance, a structure such as an inner round and outer square main insulation is adopted. Two typical parallel connection structures are used at the bar ends: clamp type and electrical connector type.
