The core technologies of stator bars involve manufacturing processes, insulation technology, curing processes, welding technology, and design and optimization methods. These technologies have a significant impact on the electrical performance, production efficiency, and quality stability of the bars.

A motor manufacturer has applied for a patent (CN119298569A) for a manufacturing method of stator bars with an inner circular and outer square main insulation structure. The stator bars consist of circular leads composed of circular strands with twisted orientation and an inner circular and outer square main insulation structure, using a multi-adhesive molding or low-adhesive VPI manufacturing process. The circular structure of the leads helps reduce the internal electric field of the stator bar's main insulation, improving electrical performance and breakdown voltage levels; the square structure of the main insulation facilitates consistency in generator design and process wiring. Stator bar anti-corona technology has evolved from applying anti-corona paint to one-time molding anti-corona technology. Based on multi-adhesive molding insulation anti-corona technology, a one-time molding VPI (vacuum pressure impregnation) insulation anti-corona technology has been developed and applied to stator bars. Harbin Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. has accumulated certain technical expertise in vacuum pressure impregnation (GVPI) technology and multi-adhesive molding technology.
