With technological advancements, automated and high-precision manufacturing processes are becoming increasingly prevalent in stator coil manufacturing. For example, in the insulation wrapping stage, six-axis CNC wrapping technology improves product quality and operational efficiency; in the flat wire forming stage, specialized automated equipment is required; and in the injection molding and curing stage, processes such as in-slot injection molding can fix the coil, enhance insulation, and improve mechanical strength. These technological advancements help meet the demands of high-voltage platforms and high-efficiency motors.
